Career Tracks

Updated · Version 0.1.0 · Update notes

What are career tracks?

Every department has three career tracks of ten talents each, with up to 51 points to spend across them. You earn points by levelling that department's talent experience, which every finished run pays. Points belong to the department that earned them, so a Sales career does nothing for a Legal one.

Same work, new letter.

How do talents open up?

Five points in a track opens its next row, and the three milestone talents open at 10, 20 and 30 points in that track. Each new point costs more experience than the last, starting at 40 and rising by 25 per level, so reaching all 51 takes 33,915 experience.

The bar has been moved accordingly.

What do milestone talents do?

Milestones change how skills behave instead of adding a number. Examples include every skill firing one more shot, critical hits exploding, and elites taking extra damage. Each track holds three, and they differ by department, so choosing a track mostly means choosing which milestones you want. Every role page lists them all.

Whales, in the trade.

See every role's tracks, or a worked 51-point plan on the builds pages.

Can I save more than one build?

Yes. Each department keeps three saved specs, and you can name them and switch between them from the Career window. Respecs are free and clear only the spec you are on, so you can keep a safe spec and try something silly in another. Talent experience never resets when you do.

Respec complete.
