What roles can I play?
There are 9 department roles, all open from the start: Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing, Facilities, Operations. Each has its own health, starting skill, eight-skill pool, executive action, three career tracks and five gear sets. Everyone can also draw on the shared skills, so departments differ in flavour more than in rules.
