Which skills does it have?

These are the eight skills only HR can draw. They turn up on level-up cards more than twice as often as shared ones. Numbers are at rank 5 with no bonuses, and a skill with a partner listed can evolve once you own that passive at rank 5.

Wellness ProgramZone5.9The Snack Drawer → Pizza PartyA zone that heals you and hurts anything else standing in it. There is pizza.

Exit InterviewBolt47.1NoneA heavy single shot. Double damage to anything already on a plan.
Birthday CakeLob27.1NoneA cake lands. Everything near it stops to sing.

Culture DeckRain406.3NoneThe values fall from the ceiling: Integrity, Ownership, Fun. Fun hits hardest.
Engagement SurveyChain81NoneFive questions. Each answer jumps to the next respondent. Fully anonymous.

What are its career tracks?

HR has three tracks: Culture, Compliance, Talent. Each holds ten talents, including three milestones that open at 10, 20 and 30 points in that track. You will earn up to 51 points in this department, so you can finish one track and get into a second.
