What is Change Management?
Change Management is a calendar boss with a base health of 950 and 4 phases. It appears on Boil the Ocean. If it is still standing at the next booking, it leaves without paying out. Its health grows with the clock, the floor and your difficulty.

A battering ram, the Change Management Office. Its phases are the framework; by the last one you have been nominated as a change champion, which is how it heals.
What does it do in each phase?
Change Management changes phase as its health falls, using each phase's moves in turn. The telegraphed attacks mark the ground first, so watch the markings and step out rather than trying to outrun everything. Moves come faster in later phases. It also books itself nearer if you run too far away.

Where and when does it appear?
Change Management is booked 1 time across the building. The table gives each floor and the time on the clock. Floors open one at a time, for one department, by winning the one before. Boss health is multiplied by the time it arrives, so a late booking is a tougher fight than the same boss early on.
