High Noon

Updated · Version 0.1.0 · Update notes

What is High Noon?

High Noon is a final boss with a base health of 3200 and 4 phases. It appears on The Wild West. It arrives at 16:00, and beating it wins the floor. Its health grows with the clock, the floor and your difficulty. Beating it pays three boxes and 25 PTO, and it counts for gear when the run ends.

"What's your number?"

The Regional VP at twice the size, no gun: the draw is a burst of commission statements on the stroke of noon, every eighteen seconds. Keep moving when the clock hits and it misses; stand still and it is your number.

What does it do in each phase?

High Noon changes phase as its health falls, using each phase's moves in turn. The telegraphed attacks mark the ground first, so watch the markings and step out rather than trying to outrun everything. Moves come faster in later phases. It also books itself nearer if you run too far away.

Where and when does it appear?

High Noon is booked 1 time across the building. The table gives each floor and the time on the clock. Floors open one at a time, for one department, by winning the one before. Boss health is multiplied by the time it arrives, so a late booking is a tougher fight than the same boss early on.
