Sprint Retro is a tough enemy that forms a ring around you and closes it. Walk out through the gap before it closes. It has a base of 14 health and 6 damage, moves at speed 1.5, and pays 5 XP. It arrives as a ring of 10.

A bigger, slower ring with sticky notes. When it closes, four Action Items spawn with no owner and the ring opens again for next sprint.
